What is Confluentia?

Confluentia is the flagship national industry–academia summit of IIT (BHU) Varanasi. Organised under the Student Alumni Interaction Cell (SAIC) and supported by the global Alumni Association (AASSII), it connects academia, industry, innovators, researchers, alumni, and students - a living bridge where ideas move from laboratories and classrooms into real-world impact.

Confluentia was born from a belief that our institute's greatest asset is not its buildings or its rankings but the network of minds that have passed through its corridors and the ones still discovering their potential within them.

In this second edition, we have designed every session, every encounter, and every dialogue to be intentional. From keynote stages to quiet mentorship corners, our aim is singular: to create conditions where collaboration feels inevitable and innovation feels within reach.
